Lahore High Court (LHC) has asked for reply of Home Secretary within four days about the disappearance of heirs of Fahim and Faizan killed by CIA contractor Raymond Davis.

A petition was filed in LHC, seeking whereabouts of missing families of slain Fahim and Faizan.
Lahore police chief submitted his two-page reply in the court. He, in his reply, said that houses of the deceased’s families were lying locked while their neighbors were reluctant to share any information about their current addresses.
Assistant Advocate General said that families of the murdered men were free to go anywhere after accepting blood money and that they could not be stopped.
However, the petitioner argued that the missing families could face threats because of heavy amount.
The court termed the written statement of CCPO as incomplete and directed Punjab’s Home Secretary to submit his reply in four days.
Later, the court adjourned the hearing till March 16.
