Pakistan Cricket Board’s (PCB) integrity committee Friday cleared former captain Shoaib Malik, who was under suspicion for dubious activities in the recent past.
After clearance by the PCB’s integrity committee he is likely to represent the country in Zimbabwe tour.
The integrity committee meeting, chaired by the PCB chairman Ijaz Butt, was held at Gaddafi Stadium Lahore on Friday. The meeting checked the details of bank transactions of Malik.
The board sources said that there was no match-fixing allegations or suspicions against Malik.
