Preparations for PML-F Chief Pir Pagara Last Rites Underway
The preparations for the funeral and burial of religious leader of Hurs and Pakistan Muslim League-Functional (PML –F) chief Pir Pagara are underway in Pir Jo Goth, reports Thursday.
The PML-F chief was the seventh Pir Pagara. Before the burial, the eighth Pir Pagara will be announced who will perform the last rituals of the deceased Pir Pagara.
People in large number have swarmed into Pir Jo Goth.
Meantime, the body of Pir Pagara has been flown into Pakistan early this morning. The deceased’s body has been sent to Sukkur.
Earlier, the deceased body was shifted to Heathrow Airport from morgue of London’s hospital amidst the presence of his son and other people hailing from his party.
The PIA flight took off 35 minutes late at 23:05 PST, which landed in Karachi at 0615 AM carrying several important people of Pir Pagara’s family.
The body will be flown from Sukkur to Pir Jo Goth on board a helicopter.
