According to the latest flood forecast of Pakistan Meteorological Department on Sunday the flood at Kotri Barrage is likely to attain super flood level in the next 24 hours.

The River Indus at Kotri Barrage has been anticipated to maintain the peak of 900,000 cusecs or more for as long as 4 to 5 days while the inflows between 700,000 cusecs to 800,000 cusecs would last for another subsequent 5 to 8 days.
These will be followed by 10 days of around 600,000 cusecs discharge at the barrage.
Under this scenario, the submersion and riverine flooding is expected at the low lying areas of Hyderabad and Thatta district including Sajawal, Mirpur Bathoro, Mirpur Sakro, Jhang Shahi, Allah Rakhio, Shahdadkot, Jamshoro, Matiari, Makro, Keti Bander and Shah Bander.
