Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Chief Altaf Hussain Tuesday said his party will voice support and join the ranks, if Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) stage sit-ins outside the government powerhouses instead of protesting under the auspices of government.

Talking to members of Coordination Committee and others, Altaf Hussain urged the PTI and the JI to organize protest sit-ins in front of Presidency, Prime Minister House, the GHQ and the embassies of NATO countries until death, adding the MQM will side with them if they do so.

If these parties, he continued saying, announced to implement this protest program, during next 48 to 72 hours, he will direct Rabita Committee to participate in all these sit-ins.

The MQM, he asserted, will partake in the protest, if the parties that are out on roads in protest, declare jihad against outlawed outfits that are involved in suicide attacks across the country.
