Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chaimran Imran Khan on Wednesday released a 2000-page white paper on alleged rigging in the May 11 general elections.

Addressing a press conference here, Khan pointed out that Nawaz Sharif delivered his victory speech at 10:30pm when vote count was still 15 percent done.
He said that PTI would confront rigging attempts if electoral system was not fixed before the next elections.
“We don’t want to derail the system. We only want re-count on four constituencies through thumb impression so that culprits could be punished,” he said.
“We could have shut all the cities after the election. But we exercised restraint for the sake of democracy.”
He again reiterated that the role played by returning officers in the election process was shameful.
He questioned why Nawaz Sharif called for a clear majority at 10:30pm when polling had already stopped.
