Harping on the same โ€˜No talks are possible on resignationโ€™, Federal Finance Minister Ishaq Dar said only one demand of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) cannot be entertained, signaling the collapse of negotiations between the government and the freedom marchers.

Talking to media after wrapping up the 13th round of talks, the PTI leader equivocally said he told the government team what was to be told, adding the PTI team has tabled the final proposals before the government committee. However, Dar maintained consensus was reached over all issues.

Dar was of the view that the two parties in the negotiations, are in agreement over all issues, adding, as regards two PTIโ€™s demands, the Insafians will be told after consultations with the PML-N leadership.

However, a demand of the PTI cannot be considered at all, he added firmly.

Dar further asserted the talks between the two sides are complete now; accordingly, the central leaders of the two sides will make the final decisions or concessions.
